Update...There was a recent change in ownership. I was hesitant to return with my 5 year old, because of the fantastic care we received suspecting the direction had changed. However the new owner is even more gifted in working with children with complex needs. I HIGHLY recommend the center. We look forward to our appointments! We were referred here from the educational service district when our 3 year old failed multiple hearing tests. The clinicians are comforting, engaging, and energetic. I highly recommend them!

A friend and I went to Mid-Valley Hearing Center to have new earmolds made and installed. Lindsay was fabulous. I wear hearing aids as well and asked about my brand and they did not service them but she did mention that they were going to be carrying Starkey products and my hearing aids are that brand and so I may be able to use their services as well. With almost 30 years of hearing aid wearing experience I was very impressed with Lindsay.

Mid Valley Hearing Center did an absolutely awesome job for me, they navigated the VA system for me, got me the equipment I needed and did it quickly. I didn’t expect to get my hearing aids as fast as I did. The time they spent dialing them in and making sure I understood how my hearing was affected and the changes they made to make it better for me really showed. I have to say, their dedication to help, and professionalism they displayed really meant a lot! As well as their great sense of humor made the visit enjoyable! Thank you guys!! You are the best!!

For hearing aid purchases, a deposit or full payment may be required depending on the agreed-upon terms. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid in full before the hearing aids are dispensed. If you have insurance coverage for hearing aids or related services, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to understand the extent of your coverage. We will work with you to provide any necessary documentation or assistance for insurance claims, but it is your responsibility to understand your insurance policy and its reimbursement process.

5. Refunds and Returns

Our refund and return policies for hearing aids and accessories are designed to ensure your satisfaction. We offer a trial period for hearing aids, during which you may return them for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions specified at the time of purchase. For accessories and services, refunds or returns may be subject to certain limitations or fees, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

We take the privacy and security of your payment information seriously. All payment transactions are processed using industry-standard security measures to protect your sensitive data. We do not store credit card information after the transaction is complete.
