Update...There was a recent change in ownership. I was hesitant to return with my 5 year old, because of the fantastic care we received suspecting the direction had changed. However the new owner is even more gifted in working with children with complex needs. I HIGHLY recommend the center.

We look forward to our appointments! We were referred here from the educational service district when our 3 year old failed multiple hearing tests. The clinicians are comforting, engaging, and energetic. I highly recommend them!

A friend and I went to Mid-Valley Hearing Center to have new earmolds made and installed. Lindsay was fabulous. I wear hearing aids as well and asked about my brand and they did not service them but she did mention that they were going to be carrying Starkey products and my hearing aids are that brand and so I may be able to use their services as well. Mid-Valley Hearing Center (“us,” “we,” or “our”) provides hearing-related services and solutions at our facility located at 2318 Heritage Way SE, Albany, OR 97322. We value your time and strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. This Appointment and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to scheduling appointments and cancellations. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to comply with this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please contact us to discuss any concerns.

1. Scheduling Appointments

To schedule an appointment with us, you can contact our office by phone at +1 (541) 926-8092 during our store hours. Our store hours are as follows:

  • Monday: 8 :30AM–5 PM
  • Tuesday: 8 :30AM–5 PM
  • Wednesday: 8 :30AM–5 PM
  • Thursday: 8 :30AM–5 PM
  • Friday: 8 :30AM–5 PM
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: Closed

2. Appointment Confirmation

Once you have scheduled an appointment, we will provide you with confirmation details, including the date, time, and location of the appointment. Please review the confirmation information carefully and contact us if you have any questions or need to make changes.

3. Appointment Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be in need of our services. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting our office during our store hours.

4. Missed Appointments

If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without providing us with prior notice or cancelation, it may result in a missed appointment fee. The missed appointment fee will be communicated to you at the time of scheduling and is designed to compensate for the time and resources allocated for your appointment.

5. Late Arrivals

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your scheduled appointment. However, please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment duration to accommodate other scheduled appointments. If you anticipate being significantly delayed, please contact our office as soon as possible to discuss possible rescheduling.
